You will receive 45 antique and vintage French toiletry labels. Most are perfume and cologne. Two are hair tonics. These labels span several decades, from turn of the century and Art Deco to early 1940s. For size perspective, the widest label is the Art Deco green and yellow striped James Ducelliere label, which measures a little over 4.5 by 3.25 inches and comes with a matching band. The incredible Art Nouveau Alcool Lavande with all the gold pigment and "Paris" in red is about 4 by 3.75 inches. One of the smallest labels is the gold pigment bordered Jussy St James cologne with the little floral border in red and green; it measures about 1 by 1.75 inches. Some labels come in two sizes: a mini version and a larger one. These labels are in overall excellent unused condition. The Art Nouveau gold pigment Fleurs d'Oranger has a light water (?) stain in the top right corner.
In the past I have offered these labels in color-themed batches: greens, blues, black and white, reds, etc. This is my best bon marche lot: one of each! But I'm happy to put together the perfect batch for you. Send me your special requests and I can give you a quote on price.
