This postcard has quite the international connections. Printed in Japan, it was mailed from Honolulu, Hawaii, on April 25, 1935, bearing a French message sent to someone in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland! Slightest hints of wear on a couple of the corners. Overall, this card is in almost mint condition. The colors are rich and bold. A delicate seaside scene with Japanese script. A special thanks to a Ruby Lane postcard lover who emailed me to say that this is a view of Tokaido by Japanese artist Hiroshige. Size: about 5.5 by 3.5 inches.
