This Reutlinger portrait of Maud Amy has an undivided back, which puts its printing to 1903 or earlier. It has been color tinted by hand and gold metallic accents have been painstakingly added to the lavender gown. The French actress appears to be recreated a scene as a humble supplicant kneeling in contemplation. This card has slight album corner impressions but overall, for its age, it is in near mint condition. Virtually no surface wear. I have included photos and scans, which as you can see, vary in tone/shade. For whatever technical reasons, it seems near impossible to get the accurate rendering of the creamy tones. But I guarantee you'll be pleased once you have this card in hand! About 3.5 by 5.5 inches.
