Here is another duo of postcards that while not both "Multiple Babies" style, I felt go together and compliment each other. The donkey has quite a load with all those young girls in his tote basket! Note that each face is different. This is part of the charm of the German-printed "Multiple Babies" (or children) postcards. Pre-photoshop, these were quite laborious to produce. This card was mailed to Paris in 1905; the undivided back tells us it was actually printed at least in 1903 or even earlier. No creases but wear on the corners. The second postcard was mailed from Italy in 1911 to Paris. This card is creased and a corner missing and it's still charming as can be with the two girls riding side saddle on the horses. Size: about 5.5 by 3.5 inches.
