A tenacious stamp, it's been hanging off the edge of this postcard since it was mailed in Paris in 1910! This is one of several 'pretty lady' postcards I have posted that is a real standout. Or as I repeatedly say, like a broken record: the photo nor the scan do it justice. The contrast in light and dark plays beautifully in this real photo and the hint of pink color tinting is just right. Also, I love to run my fingers over the thick white dots of paint:) A 'bonne fete' French sticker has been added to this card; some silvering and a few errants specks/smudges. But overall, the heart of this image -- the lovely Edwardian lady -- is in outstanding condition with almost no surface wear! About 3.25 by 5.25 inches.
