Fully hallmarked, the ring was assayed in Birmingham, England, in 1964. The traditional English hallmarks, including the 9 & 375 stamp for 9ct gold, authenticate the ring's origin and guarantee its gold purity. The piece also bears the unknown maker's hallmark "PJCE"
