This beautiful lace panel appears to have been salvaged from an antique gown. The color is white, with a dotted net, accented with floral embroidery and applied petals to the roses and flowers. The netting is very fine and there are some holes here and there. These are mostly in the back where the netting was joined. There is also a pale yellow area that I am attempting to show in photo 7. In the last photo, I am showing the drop or length of the front of the skirt and the back of the skirt. The circumference at the waist is approximately 36 inches. The circumference at the very bottom is approximately 90 inches.
This has been laundered recently. Besides the pale yellow area, there are no stains. Please note, there are loose threads at the edges that could use a trim. This textile is stable, but very delicate in nature. The design is gorgeous and could be used for so many projects.
