This net lace table topper is in clean, stable condition. The oversized cotton appliques are sewn to very delicate dotted net lace which seems finer than one would expect. I have washed this panel, but not ironed it. Presently it measures approximately 67-68 inches square, but likely will stretch to 70" once pressed. As for condition, it is without stains. There are some scattered pinholes here and there, as well as some in the center. There are several scalloped edges missing the chain stitching. I have shown these areas in the photos. Also, I just noticed that one small muslin section is missing from the center. I believe the missing chain stitching and applique occurred in the making. I would describe this as a shabby type panel, that displays very well, with the netting of a delicate nature by design. The last photo shows the drape of the panel on a 40 inch round table.
