Presented is this lovely, T&V Limoges French porcelain divided tray used in the Victorian era for serving a fish delicacy on the larger side and a dipping sauce on the other. This beautiful, hand painted dish features colorful, sea life such as mollusks, seashells, foliage and even a large, grey and yellow fish. A decorative, Roman coin gold highlights the scalloped border. It measures 10.75 inches long and, at the widest point, 6.25 inches. Reversed are the initials of the most talented, artist and a Tressemann & Vogt Limoges, France hallmark used between 1892 and 1907.
This hand painted and artist signed, French antique beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
