I accept personal checks (with a 10-day waiting period), USPS Postal Orders, and PayPal for payment. I appreciate payment made through PayPal no later than 3 days after the purchase. Personal checks and USPS Postal Orders are to be made payable to me for the exact amount of the sale only and are to be received no later than 7 days after the purchase. Information needed for a check will be provided with the invoice sent through Ruby Lane.

Items priced at $400.00 or items totaling up to $400.00 or more are available for layaway with agreeable purchase & payment terms per FrenchAccents. There will be no reduction in price(s) with a layaway.

PLEASE NOTE a return on a layaway is for exchange only. If returned via Ruby Lane's Return Policy the item(s) will only be eligible for an in-shop credit toward future purchases, as no monetary refunds will be paid for any returned Layaway item(s) or for replacement item(s) purchased with layaway item shop credits. In-shop credit will only be given for the actual purchase price of item LESS a 20% fee charges, shipping and insurance. An in-shop credit will be valid for 90 days only. After 90 days if the credit has not been used, then the credit becomes null and void. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Signature confirmation & insurance is required on all shipment returns! PLEASE NOTE IF THE RETURN IS NOT INSURED AND THE ITEM IS DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPMENT, THE BUYER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR IN-SHOP CREDIT FOR THE PURCHASE. Request for any return requires notification within 3 days of receipt. Buyer must return item within 7 days from date of acknowledgment, or as otherwise agreed by the shop owner. No Exceptions.

Please note that a layaway requirement not met by the purchaser gives FrenchAccents the reserve right to terminate the transaction and relist the item for sale to the general public. In addition, any partial payment made by the purchaser will be forfeited at that time.
