It features a trio of large, romantic, Victorian bouquets filled with ballet pink, classic white and deep crimson, cabbage roses meticulously hand painted in their full bloom splendor. A highly ornate, gilded border complete with raised gold beading and exquisite, lattice design, adds elegance to this already stunning, work-of-art. The ever talented artist, Eleanor Gordon Weston proudly signed her masterpiece as well as dated her signature artwork, August 19th, 1903. This magnificent, heirloom treasures stands 9.5 inches; has a circumference of 31.5 inches and an opening measuring nearly 9.5 inches wide. Reversed, on the statement piece, is a William Guerin Limoges, France hallmark used between 1900 and 1932.
This large, impressive French hand painted, artist signed and dated, antique beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
