Offered for your consideration is this breathtaking, Limoges porcelain, pair. Both the cup and saucer feature six alternating panels separated with tiny, gold beads - - three feature romantic bouquets filled with light and dark, pink tea roses and lush greenery while the other three are hand painted in a beautiful shade of raspberry pink...an elaborate, raised gilded floral swag graces each panel's center. The heavy, embossed gilded flower design continues to accent the cup's upper and lower rims as well as borders the saucer's rim. On the classic white, interior of the cup's rim is a brilliant gold, scalloped design and, on the bottom, a single ballet pink, sweetheart rose. The cup stands nearly 2.5 inches with the saucer measuring 6 inches in diameter. Reversed on both is a Jean Pouyat Limoges, France hallmark used between 1890 and 1931.
These hand painted, French beauties are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
