A beautiful, subtle yet impressive example of Rookwood pottery by the renowned artist Lenora Asbury in 1907. This line, the Iris glaze was popular during the early 1900’s at the height of the Arts and Crafts movement sweeping the country. Shape number 905C, the vase stands 9 1/1” tall, 2 1/4” across the top, and 2 3/4” across the base. Beautiful white roses adorn various areas going around the vase. A very fine crazing covers the outside of the entire piece of which none has any stains.
