A rare Lake Placid Club ramekin by Syracuse China. This design features pine cones and boughs of pine needles, prevalent in the Adirondack Mountains of northeastern New York. The Lake Placid Club was a social and recreation club founded 1895 in a hotel on Mirror Lake in Lake Placid, New York. This piece of restaurantware is 2 5/8 inches tall and in excellent condition. It is marked 94-L on the bottom, indicating it was produced in December, 1965.
