A scarce Fenton Art Glass Custard Egg decorated by Louise Piper, who was head of the decorating department starting in the 1960's and created most of Fenton's decorating patterns during the 1960's thru the 1980's.
Beautiful blue roses are handpainted on the front, with a matching rose bud on the back. Her roses are exquisite.
This egg on a stand is 3 3/4 inches tall and in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. It is signed on the bottom 'Louise Piper 10-72'.
