When I first saw this vintage pin I thought it was very 'today' even though it's probably from the 1950's. In sterling silver, a guy with a brush cut peers out from the screen of a TV set. Rabbit ears are mounted on top of the set.
The back is marked 925 with a copyright symbol and Mexico. There are also some other letters/numbers, but I can't make them out. This pin measures 1 1/8 inch across and has some overall light scratching on the surface which may be part of the way it was made and meant to be. The pink areas in the photos are reflections. I didn't polish all the tarnish off because I thought it added more dimension to the piece. The clasp is in good working order.
This special piece will definitely get some double takes.
