This is a bisque doll that is either French or made for the French market. She has lovely facial features, with white space between her lips for an open/closed mouth look. She has beautiful blue paperweight eyes. She has earring holes, and a lovely long curly mohair wig. She wears a reproduction red and gold brocade dress, with a matching hat, Her composition body is in good condition, with some repair to fingers and feet. There is a faint hairline that runs from the forehead to above the left eye. This is completely covered by the wig. It appears that there is a number 11 on the back of her head and a few other markings that I can not make out, so I do not know who her maker is. She has an outstanding face with a very French look.
