This is an extremely are circa 1920s CRYING Dream Baby marked AM Germany 342/3. All original.Beautiful bisque head with blushed eyebrows, painted upper and lower lashes, original wax on lids, rosy cheeks and painted open mouth. Baby's working sleep eyes are brown. Celluloid hands in nice original condition with no broken fingers. Original cloth body with some aging like a couple of small rust spots and a teeny worn hole a bent knee. Original cloth diaper, original socks, slips, and original organdy dress and bonnet. The dress appears to have the original sizing or starch and there is one worn, small area at the ruffle, near hem. The organdy bonnet has some wear in the back and is lace embellished with original ties. Some oxidation to the organdy, giving it a true vintage, aged appearance. Some wear to lace on bonnet. Baby's head has no damage, but a couple of areas near base of hairline which appears to be a little bit of soiling which may wipe off. I have not tried. Baby measures 11" long, with a head circumference of 10" around. Her head is rather loose, with some fraying to the cord which connects it to the cloth body. A very sweet baby doll, with a very unique crying face.
