Rare Vintage 'Spinning' Wooden Dartboard Game from a Fairground in France. With its original electric motor and wiring - see photo-and in its old paint,
The spinning of the circular dartboard set inside the octagonal outer case, added an extra dimension to playing the game of darts and winning prizes at the fairground for designated scores.

The octagonal wooden case has the original maker's plaque saying 'La Flechette Nova' then underneath lettering translated, from French amusingly says- ';Every Game must have this plaque- all copies will be seized- the manufacturer will enforce the law with vigour' ! The bottom plaque (see photo) again says "la Flechette Nova' and gives the maker's name and address.

Dating between 1920 and 1950, in reasonable condition with obvious wear from usage. Needing the attention of an electrician to get it functioning.- possibly with replacement of the electric motor or addition of a transformer for North American purchaser.

Measures 28 inches diameter x 7 inches depth.
