A 7ft wide Overdoor carving- or Pediment from Italy, made of walnut- with central vase of fruit and flowers and large sunflowers on either side. In very good condition with small chip on top centre. Measures 82 inches wide. x 14.5 inches high at the center. The first photo on the webpage shows only the central carving of the pediment - lower photos show the whole pediment.

The bottom photo is of a similar carved pediment in my London flat which I have used as a wall-hanging bedhead by attaching and hanging a kilim from it.
