Beautiful French sterling sterling salad serving set, comprising of a server fork and spoon finely decorated along the handle with a motif of acanthus, oak leaves and acorns. Handles engraved with a decorative interlaced monogram on the reverse side of initials DB or BD. Further decorated with finely engraved foliage details to the back of the service ends. Both pieces are hallmarked with the French Minerve 1st standard silver mark (.950), and maker's mark for master silversmith Charles Tirbour, active from 1897 at 8 rue des Haudriette, Paris.
