Wedgwood Fan pattern, antique English majolica large cream and sugar from the Aesthetic Movement period. It is decorated with blossoming branches alternating with upright Japanese style fan shapes on a pale turquoise ground. Each piece is fully marked on the underside as follows:
Impressed English Registry mark used in the 1868 to 1883 period, WEDGWOOD, hand painted number 2755 and various letter codes as shown.
The presence of an English registry mark on the underside tells us these pieces are pre-1884 as the mark was replaced by numbers after 1883. In very good condition with fine crazing typical of majolica and restoration to creamer handle. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
