Extraordinary Franz Xaver Thallmaier hand painted female mask decorated porcelain plate surrounded by red bows and ribbons alternating with groups of fruits. It is marked on the underside with the Thallmaier red figure mark. Franz Xaver Thallmaier is best known for his KPM plaque paintings and is considered one of the best painters in this specialty. His work is scarce and highly valued. In very good condition with minor flake to underside rim. Additional matching plates listed separately. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
