Lovely Austrian satirical engraving by Geiger after Schoeller entitled: "Scenes from Vienna N°1, O thou my dear heaven! An earthquake!" It depicts a young boy intentionally tipping the table of a street vendor with a long branch while she watches in horror as her merchandise rolls off to the ground. Inscription on the page reads as follows:

Johann Christian Schoeller (1782-1851) was an Austrian painter and draughtsman, born in Alsace, trained in Munich and active in Vienna in the first half of the 19th Century.
Andreas Geiger (1773-1856) was a Viennese etcher, mezzotinter and printmaker who engraved many of Schoeller's works.
It comes nicely matted and framed, ready to display. One of a set of three from this series listed separately. In good used condition with fold mark and overall toning and imperfections consistent with age as shown. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
