Exquisite set of three ( 3 ) English George Jones gilt trimmed plates decorated with different chrysanthemum arrangements in warm yellows, hot pink and white. They are inscribed on the underside in red script 8343, brown stamped GJ and Sons crescent mark with Rd. No. 21391 (indicating it was registered in 1885), impressed crescent mark with GJ and Sons (used in 1874-1924 period), in addition to the stamped pattern name CHRYSANTHEMUM (see closeup photo). Would complement nicely the other two George Jones plates I have listed separately, from about the same period, decorated with seaweed, shells and fish. In good used condition with cut marks and imperfections visible under close examination. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
Measurements: 8 7/8" (22.4 cm) diameter approximately.
