Extraordinary set of four maritime / seascape engravings after the artistic genius Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775–1851), also referred to as "painter of light". Inscriptions on the pages read as follows:
All four are inscribed J.M.W. TURNER R.A. PINXT on the lower left below the images. Each engraving is entitled and engraved by the names that follow:

In very good used condition, all come matted and framed in simple, modern, dark grey metal frames and are ready to display. Snowstorm and The Shipwreck come with a lengthy printed description on the back. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
