Lovely set of six French Provencal faience ceramic / pottery salad plates decorated with different hand-painted birds in blue on a white ground. They have a lovely, traditional Louis XV shape and are marked on the underside with the name of their Moustiers, France maker. Moustiers, also known as Cite de la Faience (city of faience), a beautiful town built on a cliff of the Alps in Provence, southern France, is known for producing high quality faience for centuries. Perfect complement to a French Country / Provincial / Provence decor. In very good, like new condition, they appear unused. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
