Stunning Minton cup and saucer decorated with thick gilt and hand-painted roses and shaped in the Empire / Old Paris style. Both pieces are marked on the underside with the Minton mark used in the 1873 to 1912 period as well as the Wright, Tyndale & Van Roden mark, a luxury porcelain retailer active in Philadelphia in the late 1800's to early 1900's and importers of fine porcelain made by Minton, Limoges and similar. The cup and saucer are also marked Made in England and coded. In good used condition with hairlines and small loss to saucer as shown. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
