It is marked on the underside of the lid and underplate, in blue, ARITAWARE above a Mount Fuji symbol and JAPAN below it. Most likely made in the 1921 to 1941 period when Japanese porcelain for export to the United States had to be marked "Japan" (after that date it was marked "Made in Japan"). In very good used condition with wear to gilt, minor imperfections from the time of manufacture and tight hairline to bowl as shown. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
Measurements: Underplate: 7.1"/18 cm diameter; 6.1"/15.5 cm diameter by 2"/5 cm bowl height not including lid, approximately.
