Elegant and classic Christofle silver plated Chinon pattern soup ladle. It can also be used to serve a fruit salad or similar. It is marked Christofle and has a monogram on reverse of the handle. This pattern, suggesting the form of a violin, was introduced in 1862 and is also referred to as “Filet” or “Vieux Paris.” In very good condition as shown. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
Measurements: 12.5;" long on front side, 14" long on reverse: bowl diameter is 3.5". The bowl's capacity is of half a cup (equivalent to 4 ounces).
