This is a lovely sterling silver Victorian repouse design hollow link bracelet. The bracelet measures 7 5/8" in length with the padlock attached by approximately 3/8" wide and is marked STERLING. It includes a Rare Walter Lampl puffy heart padlock with a key for closure that is in perfect working order and is also hallmarked in a shield WL STERLING. The sterling silver key is original to the padlock heart and measures 3/4" in length. The padlock measures less than 7/8" in length with the hasp by 5/8" wide, and the sterling silver safety chain measures 7/8" in length. There are eleven charms attached to this bracelet; all made and signed by Walter Lampl and marked STERLING. The rare tree charm with a bench and two hearts is an earlier Walter Lampl charm that is marked WL in block letters.
The charms are as follows:
1- A Plain Heart which can be engraved with a special memento or name.
2- Repouse Pansy Flower Heart Charm with amber yellow rhinestone.
3- Repouse Faux Keyhole Heart Charm that measures 1/2" x 1/2" without the bail ring and has two minor pinpoint dings.
4- Rare Repouse Heart Charm with blue rhinestone.
5- Two Double Hearts & Eternal Knot Heart Charm.
6- Enameled Four Leaf Clover that measures 3/4" x 3/4". There is no enamel loss.
7- Very Rare Apple Tree Charm Signed. It has tiny apples in the tree and a bench underneath with two hearts and measures 5/8" x 1/2" and is hallmarked WL.
8- Repouse Green Enamel Bow Keyhole Heart Charm.
9- Rare Ribbon and Flowers with Center Heart Charm and hallmarked with a tiny shield with WL inside.
10- Three Leaf Shamrock Border with Center Heart Charm that measures 3/4" long with the bail ring by 5/8" wide.
11- Flat Heart & Key Charm.
The charms have normal minor surface scratches that come with age. This would make a nice addition to your collection and there is room for more charms.
