This is a vintage sterling silver Valentine's themed charm bracelet. The vintage bracelet has double links and measures 7 1/2" in length by 1/4" wide and marked STERLING on the working spring clasp. I will give you measurements of some of the charms to give you an idea of the sizes. Unmarked charms with an asterisk have tested as sterling silver. The charms are as follows:
- Floral Bouquet In Hand; measures 7/8" by 3/8" and marked 925. I think this is a newer charm.
- FEB14; marked STER.
- Enamel Heart Love Sign; it has a rhodium finish to keep it shiny and it is marked STERLING.
- Rare Enamel Valentine's Card by WELLS; measures 7/8" with the bail ring by 5/8" wide and it has minor enamel loss and wear. Marked STERLING.
- U & Me Key*.
- I Love You Stamp; 1/2" in length with the bail ring and marked 925.
- Rare "Always" Cut-Out Hammered Heart; marked 925.
- Very RARE Enamel Caged Heart*; measure 5/8" long with the bail ring by 5/8" wide by 1/4" thick. The heart has a dark red enamel and has a few nicks on it. There is a hallmark on the bottom of the charm but it has worn down with age. It maybe 1930s or 50s and has a rhodium finish to keep it shiny. Rhodium was not used in the 40s during the war.
-Two Peas In A Pod by James Avery; it measures a little less than 7/8" long and the charm is marked Avery 925 that has worn down with age but can be seen with a jewelers loop.
- Rare Cut -Out Open Heart with Skeleton Key*; measures 3/4" long by 1/2" wide.
This would make a great gift! Ready to wear too!
