This is a beautiful Victorian Silver Plate toothpick holder. It was producesd by Derby Silver Company, Derby Conn., #230 in the late 1800s. Featuring a figural boy who is taking his shoes and socks off. This piece was professionally re-plated which cost $100, but worth every penny! The toothpick holder has a ruffled rim and is approx. 2 1/8" high.
