This is a gorgeous Victorian pickle castor. The insert is cranberry enameled glass that is exquisite. It has hand-enameled flowers that travel around the circumference of the insert body. The silver plate castor stands on four ball feet. The ornate handle adds a little more uniqueness to this piece. It is in great condition. This is an original pickle castor and not one that was put together (marriage) that you mostly find today.
