This Victorian sash pin has a delicate open work pattern. The center features a deep blue glass stone surrounded by tiny imitation pearls and small blue stones. Around the stones are fleur de lis. The finish is bright gold tone. This piece dates to the late 1800's. The closure is a C clasp with a heavy straight pin stem The delicate pattern shows a few incomplete lines. These appear to be in the design and not breaks. Under a loupe there is very tiny pitting in the finish. Very good condition and well cared for. Size is 2 inches in width by 2 3/4 inches in length.
