Warner jewelry was a company founded by Joseph Warner in the early 1950's and was in business from the 1950's to the 1970's. He used high quality stones and materials. The company is well known for japanned (blackened) metal settings. This domed brooch is shades of blue rhinestones that are all dog toothed prong set. The finish is gunmetal and the piece is signed. The closure is a roll over safety clasp with a straight pin stem. It is in very good to excellent condition. Size is 2 inches in diameter.
