This is a vintage retro mid century brooch. The frame finish is silver tone. It has a floral design. The center features a blue large chaton rhinestone encircled by a row of smaller blue stones. Extending from the center stone are stems with additional blue stones and silver tone leaves. All stones are prong set. There is minor cloudiness to a few stones consistent with age. Size is 1 3/4 inches in diameter.
