This is an unusual gold tone scatter pin dating to the late 1800's. The scatter pin has a curved design with a beaded raised edge. The center is raised with a leaf. The leaf is riveted to the frame and will spin freely. This section is topped with a gold tone bead. Attached to the center is a gold tone faceted tear drop shaped dangling bead. There is some patina. The closure is a C clasp with a T hinge and an extended straight pin stem.
