This is a fabulous 1930's - 1940's floral fur clip. The clip is white metal with a gold tone wash. A metal commonly used during war times due to the lack of other resources for jewelry. This clip has sprays of red enamel flowers with green enamel leaves. There are crystal rhinestones throughout the brooch. The clip is tight and secure. This clip is in good condition with some enamel loss consistent with age. The stones are brilliant with little signs of aging. Size is 1 1/2 inches in width by 2 1/2 inches in length.
Fur clips are pieces of jewelry with two long prongs that allow the decorative clip to be worn on heavy fabric or a fur coat.
