Cartoon mask form for use in vacuum forming. This item is circa 1950's facemask form of two Chip and Dale like faces possibly Disney characters. The form measures 26" x 16" overall and weighs 28 lbs. The faces are 6" x 10" x 4" deep. There are four identical images, two on either side. The form is marked as follows; "Plastic Corp. of Chicago, Plasti Plate" on the cast aluminum frame and the numbers "40 H 8" are embossed on the plate of the faces. The images have not been definitely identified but they look like Mickey Mouse with smaller ears or perhaps Chip and Dale maybe Disney characters. Whoever they are, this form is a piece of cartoon history and is in excellent shape. The embossed marks are pictured.
