This art deco era designed porcelain nude is one of the finest examples of porcelain figures made by the now defunct Schauback Kunst Wallendorfer Porzellanmanufaktur. It's been in various stages of receivership since about 1994. They stopped manufacturing figurines about 1990. However, this figure is an older one; the mark was used from 1963 onward and based on the style and quality of decoration, this one is definitely vintage. The figure is in pristine shape with only wear to the bottom, from surface movement over many years. Even all of her delicate fingers and toes are intact! Measures 6 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" long, it's a good sized figure. An excellent example!
