We know that this Indian head pitcher was made in Austria, and may have been made by Royal Bayreuth. It dates to the turn of the 20th century, C1900, and is one of the more interesting figural pieces to come along from Austria at the time. It's very well rendered and colorful, and this one is in perfect condition, save for some very, very minor crazing that is hard to find. You won't see them often in pristine shape like this one! It's a good sized creamer type pitcher measuring 6 and 3/4 inches tall, larger than some of its German peers. Really cool!
