An attractive, early bowl, probably European export, in famille rose colors. The advanced age is apparent in the design and workmanship. Although we estimate this bowl to be made from 1750 to 1850, the bowl is in remarkably good condition, exhibiting expected wear to the turquoise interior glaze and some wear to the rim. No significant chips, no cracks or hairlines. Remarkable - museum quality. What a piece of history! Bowl itself measures 6 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches tall. Nice old stand is included!
