I personally have never seen this shape in cobalt blue, and hundreds of pieces have passed through my hands and I've been to many shows looking at rare examples. Some of references don't even mention this shape in blue at all, and only one reference on line mentioned one example. Very nicely irridized. No damage, chips or cracks, issues in the making of the piece are: some places in the weave on the outside of the bowl where there are mold lines in the glass, very common in these open work pieces, but they are all completely closed. No big deal. No such visible manufacturing marks on the display side. One straw mark that looks line a mold line in the interior, perfectly straight. A really nice, hard to find example! Measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches tall. Base size, by the way, is 1 7/8"; which is the typical size. Some have 2 1/2 inch bases.
