An exceptionally elegant and well carved snuff bottle featuring a Chilong on snowflake ground, in flattened oval form. Raised well carved and stable footrim. Possibly Imperial. Antique, circa 1850 to 1900, late Qing dynasty. Jadeite top, well carved deeply set bone spoon. The snuff bottle measures 8.2cm (3.2 inches) tall to the top of the stopper. Condition: excellent, with no chips, cracks, or losses.
