A swirling cranberry opalescent Fenton bowl, compound crimped in a square shape. Displays beautifully on its own or can be placed into a silver plate bride's basket holder. For reference, the bottom collar (seat that bowl sits on) diameter is 3 3/8 inches. The bowl over all is 10 inches wide, at widest point. This is a beauty, with delicate pink coloring and well distributed opalescence. Condition: no chips, there is a small feather in the vase, a heat check from manufacture, that is very hard to notice (we didn't see it until it was in our inventory for a couple of months!). It is located on the base edge. Please see pictures. Circa 1939.
