A perfect "new old stock" Mother Penn oil can, just like a real one that would contain oil, except there is a slot on the top to make it a bank. This was a premium idea that has been done on everything in a can since the 1950s or earlier. Very neat graphics on this can; just like the real thing it is made from a cardboard tube portion and metal top and bottom. It's all in perfect shape. No way to retrieve your money except try to shake it out!
