Patsy Joan is one of the Patsy dolls that Effanbee started making again in the 1970s. This beautiful doll is about 11 inches tall, dressed like original Patsy Joan used to be. She has been been in storage since the doll shop she was in went out of business in the early 2000s. We have so many of their dolls.......watch for more to be listed!!
