The Hot Five was a national touring show made up of 5 different rock and roll and rhythm and blues acts. This program is from the winter of 1959-1960. The five acts were Clyde McPhatter, Bo Diddley, The Crests with Johnny Maestro, Chubby Checker, and Paul Williams and His Orchestra. The program is in black and white and has 12 pages counting the cover. Most of the pictures in the program have pre-printed autographs except for the gatefold tour lineup page which were autographed personally during the tour (see photo). They are Bo Diddley, Johnny Maestro (of the Crests), and Paul Williams. The program is in near mint condition...no creases, no folds, no dog-ears. There is some slight yellowing to the white background. All in all, this is a remarkable piece of music history. With the autographs, rarity, and near mint condition, this would be a fabulous addition to any rock and roll or rhythm and blues collection. Free shipping and insurance in the U.S..
