This is a 4" Silver Crest vase made by The Fenton Art Glass Company. It is hand painted by Charolotte Smith in the "Butterflies" pattern. The bottom is artist signed, and there is still a paper label attached. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Please email me with any questions.
